    Do not order this establishment!!!! They are rude! Disgusting and liars! I ordered a large pizza, 3 subs and boneless honey bbq wings from them and the order was 2 hours late. We called the store and was told different stories every time we called about the driver getting a flat, or they were lost or something ludicrous. Finally when the driver arrived(again 2 hrs late) she said she was the only driver and was running all around Fort Bragg and Fayetteville and the other driver called out! WHAT?! Not what we were told. Maybe if they would've been truthful about only having one driver I could appreciate that but nope they didn't. We get the food and it's gross! Pizza cold, raw bacon on the sub, wings taste terrible! We called back and complained and the manager had the nerve to ask why did we eat the food? We said we were not satisfied that it took 2 hrs to get to us and by that time we were hungry! But how dare you ask me why did I eat the food? To make a very long and agonizing story short the manager said I would get a refund and I didn't/ still haven't. Whatever you do please save your self the trouble and DO NOT ORDER FROM BOULEVARD!!!

    DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Yesterday I called to order a 12 piece bone in mild hot wings thinking it was going to be decent. Boy was I wrong! The delivery guy showed up in front of the barracks on base and was very spectacle as if he was in a ghetto neighborhood and was about to get robbed for some hot wings. Never the less I grabbed the food and tipped the driver. After taking my food upstairs I opened the box and not only was the food cold but it looked and smelled disgusting. The hot wings was white and seemed as if they drizzled some hot sauce on it. I got disgusted of the food and ended up throwing it away with out touching it. Worst $16 I have ever spent. I will never do business with these people ever again!!! And if you live in the barracks do not get fooled by their flyer they have been passing out all over the place to get some innocent customers just so they can get ripped off! This business should get closed down!!

    Ordered from their website online and ordered honey bbq wings. My food arrives and I have plain boneless bites with a cup of hot sauce. Call the store to let them know and asked the man on the phone to confirm my order and he did and then was like "yeah all orders have been getting messed up" so you can hear the manager in the back yelling they should've called to order. So he said I can bring you some bbq sauce and I'm just like well if your going to do that then can you bring my actual order and I will give you this back. The owner said no he isn't doing that and he isn't going to argue. So I said your not going to fix the order you messed up and he said we didn't mess it up and that "slice" did. I don't know who that is but I got irritated and just hung up. Oh and my food was cold
